Are you a crazy Canadian looking to enjoy all the seasons have to offer? Look no further!!! We offer a weekly cold dips where like-minded individuals get together to do crazy Canadian things! Join us for your next dip in a safe and fun environment! CLASS STRUCTURE/BREAKDOWN - 10-minute guided energizing yoga flow (Bring your own mat) - 10-minute guided breathing session guided - Cold water immersion where you may go as deep and as long as YOU feel comfortable. - Followed by a quick movement flow to optimize blood flow and recovery. All participants must fill out the online waiver at www.lucyhillfitness.com/waiver and assume all responsibility and risk upon registering. ALL CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND REQUIRE 24HRS HOURS NOTICE TO RESCHEDULE.
