“My name is Julie and I have been struggling with eating and weight problems for all of my adult life. I have been training with Lucy Hill since May 2019 and through Lucy’s fitness tutelage, support and encouragement, I have lost a total of 33 pounds to date. More importantly, I am so delighted at the changes in my physical appearance, especially being I am over the age of 50 now. Lucy Hill’s fitness knowledge, optimistic support and positive reinforcement of form have taught me how to properly and safely work my body. She created a personalized workout routine for me, then came to my gym to teach me how to implement it correctly and safely.

 

When the gym I go to closed on March 16, 2020, due to covid-19, I was terrified that without the use of gym equipment I would lapse back into unhealthy living and lose the healthy forward momentum I had gained with Lucy. That did not happen! Lucy Hill advised me on what  few equipment items to make home workouts possible and Lucy has been virtually working out with me five days a week and I am actually doing better than ever. I may never go back to the gym! I am so grateful to Lucy Hill, for her affordability, her positive, encouraging spirit and her willingness to believe in me.”
